HOW WE CREATE
Kiln Firing
We use large kilns to fire our glass and pottery. We have a kiln for each. The firing times can vary between 12 and 24 hours, depending on the piece.
Painting with Glass Enamels
Fused glass is very varied, we use sheets, crushed glass and powders and also liquid enamels to create details on our pieces.
Working with Clay on the Wheel
As well as hand building, we use a wheel to throw our pots, dishes and bowls. The clay we use is white, and occasionally black, stoneware.
